    LOGOS complies with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – “GDPR”).

    In any case, you have the right to access your personal data. You can also request that your personal data be rectified or deleted. You are entitled as well to object to the processing of your personal data or to request restriction thereof. In addition, you have the right to ask for receiving your personal data in a structured and standard format.

    We may collect and process the following data about you:

    • Information that you provide by filling in forms on our sites or applying for a position, and which may be amended from time to time (“our sites”). This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our sites or for attendance at our events, subscribing to our services, posting material or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our sites.
    • Since we operate exclusively in the B-2-B sectors, we will not knowingly collect any personal data that identifies your contact details by reference to anything other than your employer and/or your business and applicable business email and postal addresses (“Business Data”). For the avoidance of doubt, we will not retain or process any personal information that we associate with nonbusiness details.
    • If you submit Directly or indirectly your Personal Information to LOGOS in other circumstances such an event, a meeting, or any marketing related activity, we will process your Personal Information in the conditions settled in this Privacy Policy.
    • Job offers available on our web sites or data collected on Job posters web sites: Unless expressly agreed by you, we will not disclose to third parties any data about you that may be used by them to solicit you directly. Nevertheless, the fact of applying for a job, or replying to a message from us, and to provide your contact details for this purpose, is enough to show your interest in an offer and to justify our legitimate interest to collect your personal data, so that we can contact you regarding this same job offer;

    • if LOGOS or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets.
  7. RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

    Company retains Personal Information that you provide us as long as we consider it potentially useful incontacting you on our services, or as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes andenforce our agreements, and then we securely delete the information.

    If you are an existing customer, company will keep your personal data as long as our contractual and/or business relationship lasts. After our contractual and/or business relationship, your personal data are kept five (5) years.

    If you are a prospect with no established contractual and/or business relationship, company will not keep your data for longer than three (3) years after you last contacted us.

    If you are a candidate, your data are collected by Human Resources department (“HR”) for selection and recruitment purposes. HR are not allowed to use your information for any other purpose. The retention period regarding CVs and candidates' personal data are defined for 2 (two) years. In case, you career presents positives aspects for an identified business needs, LOGOS will ask for your prior consent in written form to send your CV containing your first name, name, date of birth and nationality to a third party or a customer.
