In partnership with the IFBL, the company monitored the progress of its consultants by strengthening their functional knowledge by courses on the banking system.
With the support of the technical direction, LOGOS IT Services organizes the annual monitoring of all its consultants. (Professional skills, personal skills, customer relationship, compliance with internal procedures, language skills ...). Weighting factors are applied depending on the missions performed.
